Ultrasonic Kits and Stack Components for OEM Applications
Sonics supplies ultrasonic kits and stack components, such as generator kits, boosters, converters, and tooling for OEM special equipment and system integrators. Kits provide maximum flexibility in terms of system size and design configuration, with resulting savings in system costs and space. Kits and stack components offer the ability to sequentially switch the RF signal from one power supply kit to several weld locations.

Power Supplies
Sonics’ GX-Series Power Supplies offer a range of available power from 800 to 4500 watts for Sonics’ ultrasonic welding presses and actuators in the 40 kHz, 30 kHz, 20 kHz and 15 kHz frequencies.
Kits
Sonics supplies ultrasonic kits for OEM special equipment and system integrators. Kits provide maximum flexibility in terms of system size and design configuration, with resulting savings in system costs and space. Kits offer the ability to sequentially switch the RF signal from one power supply kit to several weld locations.
Stack
Sonics’ stack components (ultrasonic converter, booster and horn) are matched to our ultrasonic power supplies and kits and are available in frequencies of 20, 30, 35 and 40 kHz. Custom horns and fixtures can be designed using FEA simulation software.
Actuator
- Slimline actuator designed for automated systems
- Can be mounted in virtually any position on a bridge or other rigid structure
- Optional linear encoder for distance welding
Multiplexer
- Streamlined RF signal switching to multiple converter stacks from single power supply
- Timing for channel switching is pre-programmed
- Manual override function is included for converter isolation/testing
